But they devise a plan to settle the score, leading Paul to crash a poker game with co-worker Tommy (Larry Miller) to get closer to boss Nick (Patrick Warburton), and Bridget trying to break up ex-boyfriend Kyle and her nemesis, Jenna. Fun and viewer review Queen Bees and King bees is a very funny episode showing us that Bridget misses her ex-boyfriends Kyle and that Paul misses his old career as a sports writer. This episode was well written and very very funny. In my opinion this is one of the best episodes from the first season of 8 simple rules. It was also really funny that Rory wanted to go to the hospital were his Mom works instead of going to the newspaper were his dad works. Kerry is also funny in the episode at the end when Bridget and Paul are crying and she just starts crying for no reason. Overall: A hilarious episode.
