Kerry also finds a stray dog during the holidays. Meanwhile, Cate is overjoyed when she is asked to sing a solo at the church's midnight service, but fears that seeing her family there will make her nervous. Fun and viewer review This was a great christmas special, it had many good things about it. PROS: 1) In the end, there was a message about helping save animals from the animal shelter. I liked that. 2) I also liked the whole Kerry/shelter idea, even if she had to miss christmas eve with her family. 3) The whole Kyle/Bridget present thing was just spectacular! 4) I liked how Kerry really wanted this one dog she found. 5) It was very funny! CONS: 1) Well, i wasn't a huge fan of the whole Cate/singing thing. 2) It was pretty strange how even though Paul agrees to let Kerry keep the dog, it isn't mentioned again or seen again in the series.
