Meanwhile, while C.J. deep-fries the turkey, Bridget and Kerry spar over pie recipes; Jim disassembles the TV in a shocking attempt to repair it; and Cate finds herself with an insurance adjuster the day after the holiday to find out who was responsible for burning down the garage. Fun and viewer review The family tells Cate to relax while they make Thanksgiving dinner. While at the store she runs into Principal Gibb, and invites him to dinner. Cate asks the principal on a future date, however he has a girlfriend. Cate throws a football which gets stuck in the tree, then falls into the deep fryer CJ made the turkey in.
